CELPIP test centres: Kamloops, London, Saskatoon, Regina, Nanaimo, Victoria and Lethbridge
Paragon, the company that runs CELPIP, lists test centres on its own city pages. Kamloops, London in Ontario, Saskatoon, Regina, Nanaimo and Victoria each showed a centre with test dates when we read them, and Lethbridge showed none. In Canada you register online (minors can register by mail), not at the centre.
This page is a map of where CELPIP sittings were listed on the test owner's own city pages, plus what happens when you walk in. It is not immigration advice and it is not a booking page. Dates, prices and rooms change, so the finder on celpip.ca decides.
How to find a centre and a date
Paragon runs one finder for the whole world.
Paragon Testing Enterprises runs CELPIP. It publishes a date finder and a page for each city, and every sitting you can book is listed there with its centre, address, time and price. In Canada, registration is not done at the centre. There is no walk-in booking either, so the first job is to find a sitting you can reach.

The finder lets you narrow the list by country, region and city, by test type (General or LS), and by date, weekday and time of day. Paragon's own filter labels are quoted below, and the same filters appear on every city page.

We read the Calgary page a day after the other city pages. The table lists the centres that appeared in the first ten sittings on each page. A city page shows ten sittings at a time and says how many options exist in all, so a second centre in the same city can sit further down the list. Read the table as a starting point, then open the city page itself.

Lethbridge
Paragon has a Lethbridge page, and it puts the city in Alberta. When we read it, the list was empty. The page said there were no options and no test dates, and it showed no centre.
An empty list is a snapshot, not a rule. Paragon adds and removes sittings, and its Test Centres section for a city can fill later. The Alberta cities below did have centres listed when we read them. The table shows some of them; open the Calgary and Edmonton pages on the CELPIP site for the full list.

We do not state distances or driving times from Lethbridge, because the pages do not give them. Work out the trip yourself, and book a sitting that leaves time for arrival, because Paragon wants you at the centre well before the start (see below).
A note on London
Paragon's list of cities worldwide has two entries named London in a row. The page we read for this section is the Ontario one, and Paragon puts it in Ontario. If you are searching from outside Canada, check the country on the page before you pay.
The price you will see
Three Paragon pages, three figures.
Each sitting on the finder shows a price. Paragon's pages do not agree on one figure for the General test in Canada, so we show all three and leave the choice of a final number to the booking page at checkout.

What happens at the centre
The rules do not change from city to city.
A CELPIP centre is a computer room. The rules below are Paragon's, from its test day page and FAQ. Paragon adds that the order of the steps can differ between centres.

Photo ID rules depend on the country you test in and on why you are taking the test, so read them on Paragon's test day page before you book. One ID mistake comes up often enough that Paragon warns about it by name: a passport that you have sent away for a renewal.

If your city has no dates, or the wrong dates
Our reading, not Paragon's.
Most people who ask about a small city are really asking whether they must travel. These steps keep the search short:
- Open the city page first, then change the date filter to the widest range and untick the available-only option to see whether a sitting is full or simply not listed. London showed several sittings marked Sold Out.
- Try each Test Day and Test Time option the page offers in turn, so that you see every sitting the page lists.
- Check the next city on the finder list for your province, then check how you would get there and where you would stay the night before.
- Open the address in a map app. Several centres are inside language schools or office buildings, with unit numbers and floors in the address.
- Book the test type your application needs. Check the type shown on the sitting before you register, because an LS sitting is easy to pick by mistake. The next paragraph says which tests Paragon and IRCC name for permanent residence and citizenship; check IRCC's page for your case.
- Keep your photo ID, the exact name on your booking and the confirmation email together the evening before.
Which test your application needs is set by the immigration office, not by us. Paragon says the General test is the approved one for permanent residence and the LS test is the approved one for citizenship, and our English tests accepted by IRCC page explains the wider picture.

When we read Paragon's Lethbridge page it showed 0 options and said "No test dates found". Paragon places Lethbridge in Alberta. Check the finder again before you plan a trip, and compare the Calgary and Edmonton pages.
