Pearson published per-skill concordance for the first time in July 2025. Overall values match its earlier studies.

Common questions
From the tables IRCC publishes for CELPIP (General), IELTS (General Training) and PTE Core. Your level in each skill is the highest one your score reaches.
Canadian programs ask for a minimum CLB in every skill, so one weak skill holds the whole result down.
Use the converter as a guide only. Home Affairs publishes a separate minimum for each test, so check the requirement page for your visa.
