Privacy
ScoreNeeded does not ask you to create an account or enter personal details. The score checkers and converters run in your browser and nothing you type into them is saved or sent.
What stays on your device
We remember your edition choice (Australia or Canada) and that you have seen the analytics notice in your browser, so the site opens on the right edition and the notice does not come back. Neither leaves your browser, and you can clear them in your browser settings.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and to count clicks on our partner links. It runs on every page: the banner is a notice, not a question, and we do not wait for a click before counting. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and records which pages you open and which links you click, with rough device and location details. If you do not want to be counted, install Google's opt-out browser add-on or block analytics in your browser. Cloudflare, which hosts this site, may also record anonymous visit counts with its own web analytics.
Links to other sites
Pages link to official sources and to test providers. Those sites have their own privacy policies. Links open in a new tab.
