CELPIP test price in Canada
CELPIP General costs CAD 299 plus taxes on Paragon's overview page, and CELPIP General LS CAD 199 plus taxes. Two Paragon pages show CAD 290 instead, so the price at booking is the one that counts. A transfer after your first free one costs CAD 50 plus taxes.

The fee notice is dated 28 June 2024 and says For all test sittings in Canada on or after October 1, 2024, the test fee for the CELPIP-General Test will change. CAD 280.00 for sittings prior to October 1, 2024. The newest of the pages we read, the July 2026 guidebook, shows $295. We cannot tell which is current from outside your account, so check the total at checkout.
Changing or cancelling your booking
Paragon's transfer, cancellation and retake rules.

Fees after the test
A re-evaluation has its own fee. You must pay a re-evaluation fee at the time of your application that depends on which components of the test you would like re-evaluated. Paragon's pages we read do not list the amounts. If the CELPIP score/level increased in the Speaking and Writing components after the re-evaluation process, the re-evaluation fee paid in those components will be refunded. Paragon says CELPIP General is used for permanent residence applications and CELPIP General LS, which covers speaking and listening, is used for citizenship applications.

CELPIP Test scores are available online through your CELPIP Account in 2-4 business days after your test date.
IDP Canada: The cost of an IELTS test in Canada ranges between CAD $335 and $361 before tax. One Skill Retake at about CAD 253 plus tax. Express Entry does not accept One Skill Retake.
Pearson's own price list shows CAD 360 for PTE Core in Canada. It does not say whether tax is included, so confirm at checkout before you book.

Paragon says: “Test takers who apply for a re-evaluation of their test results will be notified of the results of the re-evaluation in approximately one to two weeks of submission of their application and payment of the re-evaluation fee.” “You can apply for a re-evaluation of some or all components of your CELPIP-General Test within six months of the test date.” “Please note that there is a limit of one re-evaluation for any particular component of the test.” “Re-evaluation requests are final sale, and cannot be cancelled once the request has been submitted.” The fee and the refund rule are on the CELPIP results page.
