CELPIP speaking score chart
CELPIP speaking is 8 tasks in 15 minutes, spoken to a computer and marked by raters, not by a score table. Paragon says each speaking performance is rated by three to five raters on content and coherence, vocabulary, listenability and task fulfilment, then turned into a CELPIP level. Level 7 is CLB 7.
What CELPIP levels 10 to 12 mean for speaking
Paragon's Scoring Levels page publishes level descriptors for levels 10 to 12 only, as 'at this level, I can' statements for each rating criterion. The table further down gives the one-line meaning of every level.

Speaking: Content/Coherence, Vocabulary, Listenability, and Task Fulfillment.
Paragon: each rating dimension is divided into five performance levels.
